Delta County Divorce Index 1883-1949

This index was created from the Civil Court Records located in the Delta County Court House in Escanaba Michigan. Columns include the name of both parties when available, the docket number, the book number (very early records do not have a docket. In this case it was necessary to put page numbers on which the entry appears.) The year refers to the entry of first action. There may be subsequent actions in the same docket, also additional dockets for the same people. The final column refers to either d-dismissed, f-final, or ? undetermined.

Because of human error there may be errors/omissions in this index and we suggest that if you do not locate your record that you search individual books.
